PPIFinder is an informational directory operated by Brady Commerce LLC. The site helps buyers research pre-purchase inspection providers, but it does not certify, endorse, broker, or guarantee any provider.
How listings are assembled
Directory entries may be based on public business information, provider websites, provider-submitted updates, and editorial organization by geography, vehicle focus, report format, travel radius, and listed price range. We try to present information in a consistent format so buyers can compare providers more easily.
What PPIFinder does not claim
- We do not certify inspectors or shops.
- We do not guarantee pricing, availability, report quality, inspection findings, or purchase outcomes.
- We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, or rankings.
- We do not tell buyers to rely on a listing without direct provider confirmation.
How to use directory information
Treat each listing as a research starting point. Before booking, confirm the provider's credentials, insurance, independence from the seller, inspection scope, tools used, photo/report format, timing, travel fees, and cancellation terms directly with the provider.
Corrections and removals
If a listing is inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, or should be removed, contact us with the business name, listing URL, requested change, and source or ownership details. We review correction requests and update the directory when the requested change can be reasonably verified.
